a mixed bag
unwashed cups broken filtration
i was looking forward to this holiday. i was immediately disappointed our room service. never replenished condiments, and the cups never got washed all week? room attendants often left key cards to other rooms in ours. i reported a broken filtration pump in the splash pool after my grandson cut his ankle. staff seemed disinterested.

great hotel, lots to do
fresh towels different theme good selection
The room was very clean when i arrived. the cleaning staff provided fresh towels daily. i liked the food, a different theme looked each night. the snack bar provided a good selection. pizza and burgers were always available..

The main restaurant featured themed dinners. For example, one night offered a mediterranean theme with seafood paella and grilled fish. dessert options always included ice cream, pastries and fresh fruit. the outdoor snack bar served pizza slices and fresh salads.

a pretty average stay, i guess
reserved sunbeds repetitive food
The sunbed situation was a joke. People reserve them at ridiculous hours. i arrived at 8 am, and there were no available spots, only towels. the policy against reserving sunbeds is clearly not enforced. also, the food became very repetitive after a few days, and i ended up eating out!?!

super clean room daily toiletries varied food
The room was super clean when I arrived, it was also spacious. The cleaning service replaced towels daily and restocked toiletries. I enjoyed the variety of food at the main restaurant, it included different themed nights.
It proved hard to find available sunbeds near the pool in the mornings.

The main restaurant features different culinary themes each evening. There is a snack bar with a wide selection of pizza, burgers, and donuts. A la carte options include Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, both require reservations.

The front desk team was quick during check-in. Staff members throughout the hotel were friendly to requests. The hotel's Relation Manager helped to ensure our stay was nice and smooth.

There are three pools that all was very clean. An indoor pool is available and remains warm. The hotel provides direct access to the beach, approximately a three-minute walk across sand dunes.

The hotel sits in a quieter area near Nessebar. A bus stop is near the hotel, buses provide access to Nessebar. Many shops are across the road from the hotel, very convenient.
